Wet Season: VIDEOS

Screen can reveal the first trailer for Anthony Chen’s Wet Season, which will have its world premiere on Sunday September 8 in the Platform section at Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF, September 5-15). Chen’s second feature as director centres a Chinese teacher in Singapore who is struggling with marriage and school life, when she starts a friendship with a student with absentee parents. The film sees Chen reunite with his cast from 2013 first feature Ilo Ilo, which won the Caméra d’Or playing in Directors’ Fortnight at Cannes.
