Hell’s Kitty: VIDEOS

Bloody Disgusting just scored the trailer for a new film featuring a possessed cat, called Hell's Kitty, based on the web series and comic book of the same name. The movie features an all-star cast including Doug Jones (The Shape of Water), Dale Midkiff (Pet Sematary), Michael Berryman (The Hills Have Eyes), Courtney Gains (The Children of The Corn), Lynn Lowry (Cat People), Kelli Maroni (Night of The Comet), Ashley C. Williams (The Human Centipede), Barbara Nedeljakova (Hostel), Adrienne Barbeau (The Fog), and John Franklin (The Addams Family). In the film, "Nick, a Hollywood screenwriter, discovers his cat has become murderously possessed, and will stop at nothing to rid him of any women in his life. As his life unravels out of control, Nick must find a way to have his kitty exorcised of the demonic spirit haunting her and creating a body count." The film is allegedly based on writer-director Nicholas Tana 's experiences living with his cat Angel who acted possessed and possessive of him around women. We're also told that the characters in the film are named after classic horror movie characters – i.e Jones plays Father Damien, Berryman plays Detective Pluto, Nina Kate plays Dr. Laurie Strodes. Wild Eye Releasing will launch on VOD March 13, 2018, with a DVD slated for retailers on March 27th.
