The Truffle Hunters

Deep in the forests of northern Italy is the prized white Alba truffle. Object of desire by the greatest patrons in the world, it continues to be an element surrounded by a strange mystery. It cannot be cultivated or found even by the most modern excavators that exist. The only ones on the planet who know how to dig them up with a small group of dogs and their gray-haired companions: old Italian men who walk with a cane and have a devilish sense of the world. To further curl the curl, they only go to search for it at night, so that there is no trace of their way of working.
