Description
Surreal drama based on Alexey Salnikov's novel The Petrovs In and Around the Flu. Petrov is a mechanic in post-Soviet Russian city. He is separated from his family that suddenly gets infected with the flu. Then he meets Igor, who can mix the realities of the living and the dead. The Petrov family begin to suffe hallucinations and the line between reality and hallucination blurs. The film was selected to compete for the Palme d'Or at the 2021 Cannes Film Festival where it won the Vulcan Award for cinematography.
