Official VOD release. According to Simon Barrett, the film’s writer, the Esperanto-inspired language was created as a unique aspect of the world-building. The character’s dialogue was developed in collaboration with the actor, who is Danish, and the director, to create a distinct linguistic flavor. The resulting language is not a standard Esperanto dialect but rather a fictional variant tailored to the film’s narrative. It is a made up language so no retail subs for the minor segment of speaking.
